Welcome to EZYON, an online multivendor marketplace. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our platform as a buyer. By purchasing products or services on EZYON, you agree to abide by these T&C, which are legally binding. EZYON reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “EZYON” refers to the online multivendor marketplace operated by EZYON.
- “Buyer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or services from vendors on EZYON.
- “Vendor/Seller” refers to any individual or business selling products or services on EZYON.
- “Platform” refers to the EZYON website and mobile application.
- “Claim” refers to a dispute raised by a buyer against a vendor regarding a transaction.
- “Counterfeit Products” refer to items falsely branded or misrepresented as authentic.
2. BUYER OBLIGATIONS
By purchasing on EZYON, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and payment details when making a purchase.
- Carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and seller policies before ordering.
- Record the unboxing of received products to serve as evidence in case of disputes.
- Report any counterfeit or misrepresented products to EZYON.
- Refrain from fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or misleading dispute submissions.
3. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
EZYON ensures fairness for both buyers and sellers. Therefore, the following requirements apply to dispute resolution:
3.1 Video Evidence Requirement
- Buyers must provide video evidence when raising a claim against a seller.
- The video must clearly capture the unboxing process and the issue with the product.
- Without valid video evidence, the seller will not be held accountable, and no refund or resolution will be processed.
3.2 Reporting Counterfeit Products
- Buyers suspecting a product to be counterfeit must immediately report it to EZYON.
- EZYON will investigate the claim thoroughly.
- If the seller is found guilty of selling counterfeit products, EZYON will take severe action, including but not limited to vendor termination and legal proceedings.
4. REFUND POLICY
EZYON enforces a transparent refund policy to protect buyers:
4.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Buyers will receive a full refund if:
- The seller is found guilty of fraud, counterfeit sales, or failure to deliver.
- The product received is significantly different from the description, and video evidence is provided.
4.2 Refund Processing
- Once EZYON verifies a claim, refunds will be processed in due course.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the buyer.
4.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The buyer fails to provide valid video evidence.
- The claim is based on personal dissatisfaction rather than product defects or misrepresentation.
- The buyer attempts to return a used or damaged product (not due to a seller’s fault).
5. PLATFORM MODIFICATIONS & POLICY UPDATES
EZYON reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any aspect of the platform or these T&C at any time. Buyers will be notified of significant changes but must review policies regularly to remain compliant.
6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
- Buyers found to be engaging in fraudulent claims, chargebacks, or policy abuse will have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
- EZYON reserves the right to take legal action against individuals attempting to defraud sellers or the platform.
